We only want the best for our users.

If there is anything that indicates a lag in the standard of the service you experienced, please let us know. We take every single complaint very seriously and sincerely investigate to find the root cause of the problem. We try our best to meet the best standard practices that serve our users in the best sense.

We value your feedback and strive to be better and do better. You can raise complaints on issues like:

  • Inadequacy to fulfill anything that has been promised to you.
  • Improper communications.
  • Behaviour of the staff.
  • Usage of the language.
  • Failure to provide any service.

We are serious about every single complaint. So if you have faced any of these issues, please send us a detailed message including any specific names or terms concerning the complaint so that we can take appropriate action. Missing out any information can derail our investigation.

You can send us a complaint at any time you want after the incident. We don’t want any time limits to stop you from raising an issue. We take action for complaints irrespective of how long before it has happened.

That said, it would be helpful to us if you can raise a complaint within one month of the incident. This will enable us to work and track the complaint effectively.
